In keeping the lines of communication open between you (the fan and supporter of Bakline) and us, (the agent of change in Rugby fashion), we would like to announce our decision to go with UPS as our exclusive shipper (with one exception discussed below)[i]. You see, unfortunately, expecting USPS to come through is like hoping a rugby hooker (no offense) will score as your winger. We mean that of course in the best of ways but everyone has their role! It might also be rational to assume that USPS can offer something valuable to our customers like return labels, this is just as rational as thinking that Peyton Manning 
would make a great scrum half.
Ultimately, the USPS has been red carded twice for its inefficiency and we are almost taking them out of our game to give you a far superior, greener and more reliable option. We hope you will agree! See our points in switching below. Until we can arrange for better prices and procedures for our customers, this will be the shipping set up for now.
