The 2025-2026 Winter Collection

Winter Miles, In Motion

Winter running tests your motivation before it ever tests your fitness. The hardest part is often the first step out the door. Cold air, biting wind, and that quiet negotiation you have with yourself about whether today can wait.

Every piece in this collection was designed to remove the friction it takes to get out the door. To take the edge off cold, blunt the impact of wind, and regulate heat as your effort rises. Not by overbuilding, but by thinking carefully about where weather protection matters most and where breathability keeps you moving comfortably.

Built For Running. Worn For Living.

What surprised us most during testing was how often these pieces stayed on after the run. The same details that make them effective in winter workouts make them easy to wear the rest of the day. Running intervals. Walking to the office. Errands. Standing on the sidelines at a cold race.

From the mid 20s through the mid 40s, these are the pieces Team Bakline kept coming back to, run after run, because every feature serves a purpose. Nothing is accidental in the construction.

Each piece in this collection went through extended testing on windy mornings, cold damp days, and conditions where a thoughtful layering system is what makes comfort possible.

This is winter, thoughtfully handled. Gear that makes showing up easier when winter tries to convince you otherwise.

Get To Know The Line

Gotham Soft Shell

The Gotham Soft Shell gives you the comfort needed on those cold, blustery days when you're just trying to get your miles in.

The front is comprised of a wind resistant double layer, along with an additional stretch of material behind the zipper, all to prevent the sudden wind gusts from temporarily freezing you in your tracks. The back layer provides for enhance breathability and wicking as you move. On the interior, you'll find a comfortable fleece.

Given the layers and protection built into the Gotham Soft Shell, we recommend this piece for those colder days below 35 degrees.

Storm King Quarter-Zip Fleece

The Storm King Quarter-Zip Fleece designed to move easily between cold weather running and everyday wear. It works just as well layered up for a winter run as it does thrown on for the rest of the day. The quarter (almost half) zip allows for quick temperature regulation, especially for runners who tend to run warm, while the soft interior stays comfortable when conditions turn cold and windy.

Fleece Relay Gloves

We weren’t looking to reinvent gloves. Just to fix the space between.
Something much warmer than liners, more breathable than full-on winter mitts, and compact enough to disappear into a pocket. These are for the in-between days: low 30s, windy but dry, or just cold enough that your fingers start to complain around mile two.

Touch sensitive fabric on the thumb and index finger help you manage your life on the go without exposing your hands to the cold. And the large reflective patch enhances visibility when you're out on the road morning and night.

Cross Country Tights

With soft fabric that moves with you and compression that supports without restriction, the Cross Country Tight is designed to help you stay in rhythm—even when the elements work against you. Redesigned for colder efforts but rooted in the performance heritage of our shorts, this is a tight that fades into the background and lets your focus stay where it belongs: on the work. It’s high-performance gear that feels effortless, with every pocket, seam, and panel placed with intention.

Straight Cut

Straight Cut pieces are based on traditional men's sizing. If you usually wear women's cut but like a "unisex" fit, then we would recommend a straight cut piece but sizing down by one or two sizes.

Contoured Cut

Contoured Cut pieces are based on traditional women's cut sizing and are more contoured in their construction. If you often wear men's cut pieces, and prefer more contouring, then size up by one or two sizes.
