SUPPORTING FEMALE COACHES

Investing in Female Coaches: A Strategic Partnership with WeCOACH

A major part of Bakline's mission is to grow the running community and support its members. The Bakline Community Fund is the umbrella initiative of our efforts to make a difference. But we could not be more excited about the work we do supporting female coaches in particular.

Our strategic partnership in this space is with WeCOACH, the premier membership organization dedicated to the recruitment, advancement, and retention of women coaches at all sports and levels.

A core element of our partnership is to donate a portion of sales from our Future is Female Coaches products directly to WeCOACH in support of their much needed programming: $5 from tees and tanks and $10 for every hoody or windbreaker. Visit our community fund page for a current view the amount raised to date for this amazing organization. The products that contribute toward this donation can be found below.

Finally, the Bakline team has writren a series of articles aimed at highlighting some amazing female coaches, their background and how they came to be coaches. Several recent posts can also be found near the bottom of this page.
